Tom Jenkins is a founding Principal and Qualifying Broker of REAL ESTATE ADVISORS. Tom brings over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. With extensive experience in investment sales, leasing and tenant representation, Mr. Jenkins has developed a reputation for creating and enhancing value for his clients through the implementation of well executed real estate strategies. His knowledge and expertise in asking the right questions make Tom a trusted advisor and core team member in some of the largest transactions to ever occur in New Mexico. Tom Jenkins knows how to navigate any size transaction with skill and attention.
Barbara Cuoco is an Associate with REAL ESTATE ADVISORS focusing on New Mexico investment properties. Barbara brings over 17 years of commercial real estate experience to the team. Barbara’s extensive qualifications gives her a unique “full scope” perspective of commercial sales, investor leasing, accounting/budgeting, expense control and reporting. Barbara is a detail oriented professional with a sharp focus on maximizing the value of an asset. Her impeccable client service skills allow her to manage a smooth and seamless transaction process from start to finish.
Jacob Rocker’s expertise is in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of investment properties throughout New Mexico, with an emphasis in Multi-Family Housing. Mr. Rocker’s career in Commercial Real Estate spans a decade and he was recruited to Real Estate Advisors directly due to his extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry. Through his energy, innovation, and client centric approach to the business, Mr. Rocker is committed to maximizing client value by providing custom fit services tailored to the specific needs of each property owner.
Tai joined Real Estate Advisors in 2022, bringing 18 years of experience in commercial brokerage and development. Tai’s experience includes sales and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and vacant land properties, as well as experience in Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges in the Santa Fe and Albuquerque markets. In addition, Tai has extensive experience in investment management and analysis on behalf of clients with passive and active real estate investments. Tai enjoys working in commercial real estate because he likes problem solving and helping people achieve their business and financial goals. His work in commercial real estate also allows him the ability to have fun and meet interesting people.
Patricia Horsman is an Executive Assistant / Director of Operations with REAL ESTATE ADVISORS focusing on supporting our Qualifying Brokers. Patricia brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the team. Patrica’s professional qualifications allow her to provide a wide range of marketing and project support to our entire team. Her expertise and attention to detail keeps every project running smoothly and running on schedule.

Bevin Owens is general counsel and chief executive officer of Real Estate Advisors, LLC. Bevin has been a licensed attorney in New Mexico for 30 years and his background includes private practice representation of lenders, sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants from all angles on both very simple and extremely complex real estate transactions. Bevin’s prior experience includes two years on the City’s Environmental Planning Commission, a senior management position at one of New Mexico’s largest craft breweries as well as management and human resource roles at the Albuquerque area’s largest high-tech manufacturer. As co-owner of a commercial infill redevelopment project Bevin has significant construction, tenant improvement and property management experience.
Bevin graduated from Appalachian State University and the University of South Carolina School of Law.
