Maggie Hawkins serves as Director of Marketing and Research at REA, where she leads the firm’s marketing strategy and oversees data-driven initiatives that support client engagement and property visibility. She manages market research, compiles regional data, and integrates key insights into marketing campaigns, quarterly reports, and client presentations. Maggie also develops methods to strengthen brand awareness, coordinates social media marketing efforts, and guides the firm’s summer internship program. Originally from Bend, Oregon, she is pursuing her BBA at the University of New Mexico and brings a strong foundation in marketing, analytics, and communication to her role.
